I ordered this item in the Big Luau for my Peltor ear pros. Shipping was super fast, the pattern and color was dope and the fit was perfect. I highly recommend this item to everyone. As always, Flatline coming through with the good good. Thank you. You’re awesome!

We have several of these for our Howard Leight ear pro and they are comfortable and look great!

I ordered the Big Lua for my walker razor and to be honest it was not was I expected. Based on the print you see on the website is not what you get all cut outs are unique and have different patterns. For me the fabric cutout seemed a little to short not wrapping the entire headset. Overall, I gave it a 4 for customer service, quality and fast shipping and the people over at Flatline reach out to super fast with any questions you have and fast shipping!
Chad Smith –
Hey Robert. Thank you for the review! Sorry, you were not happy with the product. The pattern you get most definitely varies since it is cut from a large roll. The ear pro wraps were designed to a specific length so the user can still fold up the ear pro for storage. If the wrap is too long it will put stress on the wires and could cause damage to the ear pro. Please reach out to us and we will do what we can to make things right. Have a great day!

I have these in both my Howard Leights. They can be a pain to install but are well worth it for the added comfort.

I’m a left handed shooter. Was setting up my Impact Sports headset for comms. I needed to run the 3.5mm audio cable from the left side to the right. The Pro Wrap was perfect. Padding for the headband and a secure route for the cable. Easy to install. Quality product.
Chad Smith –
Thank you Mark!

Great product overall, easy to install and the added padding makes a difference when wearing ear pro on the range for long hours. Bonus points for looking cool, which we all know is half the battle. As others have said these don’t completely cover the headband and have about an inch gap on either side, which to me personally was not a big deal at all, but something to be aware of. My only minor gripe is I wish they had a little stretch material added so once installed they don’t bunch up around the sides, again not a huge deal and don’t effect the functionality in any way, I just like everything to look crisp when working the range specifically as an instructor. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who may need the wrap for comms cables, the extra padding or simply to look more awesome when shooting. Great company, insane fast shipping, will be back for more! Thanks flatline keep on jamming out! 😎🤙
Chad Smith –
Thanks for the review Rob! Yea the wraps dont go all the way to the edge of the headbands to prevent unwanted tension on the wires when stowed.

Really nice product. The stitching is clean and not loose or frayed. The color and fabric used is of high quality and looks like it’ll last a long time. Very pleased with my purchase and look forward to more from these guys.

Thank you Kenneth!

I gave 5 stars, but want to state 4.5 stars. First, this is a great product works exactly as intended/designed. I shave my head and don’t wear a hat when I RSO so I needed something to help fill the gap between my head and my Walker Razor hearing protection. I even took it another step further and added a strip of 3/8″ dense foam inside underneath. However, I wish the length was just a tad shorter 8″ long instead of 8.5″. The sides of my Walker Razor have spots for a small patch on both sides, I had a small American flag one side and a small Italian flag on the other and the ear pro wrap when centered covered half of the patches on both sides. Ended up removing both patches. That’s my only gripe, other than that its a great product.

A we’ll construct piece of equipment. Once applied it if exactly as described. Makes wearing the ears comfortable. Nice personalizing touch with adding the 5×1 hook & pile tape for the name plate. The installation video was helpful. Overall great piece of gear.

Thanks Mac!

I just got the two ear pro wraps I ordered. The product is nice but not spectacular. For the $32 purchase price I would expect a D ring for clipping to my harness. I previously bought a Chineseium version that is pretty much on par with this one but has a D ring. I’m not trying to be mean but I was expecting something a little better. I’m a little underwhelmed for the cost.
Chad Smith –
I agree, a D-ring of some sort will be included on the new design we will be releasing in the future. Thank you for the review!

Bought this for a beat down pair of Howard Leight muffs. It fits great, is super comfortable and I like the fact that it doesn’t add a lot of bulk. Great quality just like all the other stuff they sell.
Chad Smith –
Thank you!

Fantastic product, breathed new life into a pair of Howard Leights with a headband that was falling to pieces. When I felt the quality of the Flatline product compared to other examples out there I immediately got another wrap for my Sordins! These wraps are lightyears ahead of the cheap 10 buck wraps off Amazon, WELL worth the additional cost.
Chad Smith –
Thank you!

These are nice ear pro wraps that secure well and provide an additional level of protection/comfort. The price is a bit high for the product, but I recognize as a small business you need to make a profit while providing a good product. Thank you Flatline.

Thank you Kevin!

Overall it’s not bad. Material quality seems good. My complaints are the price and fitment. For a single layer of fabric, a pad, and 1.5 Velcro strips I can’t imagine the price of materials is that much and sewing likely doesn’t take much time by now so a $32/ea. price tag seems steep. That’s business though I suppose. I was considering buying another one for my other ear pro but it’s not enough of a difference maker for the price. The fit could be a little tighter and the nametape Velcro could be better centered. Just me being picky though. Also, I realize its the holidays but I sent an email a week ago in regards to an issue with my account and haven’t received a response or confirmation email.
Chad Smith –
Thank you for the review Brandon. I just sent a follow email to resolve the issues you are having. We would like a chance to make it right.

Great quality, adds a nice aesthetic and comfort touch to my ear pro. I recently took it off my Impact Sports and tried throwing it on my military issue Bose A20 headset. It fits surprisingly well! I’ll likely be keeping it on my A20’s as it looks cool and helps differentiate my headset from the rest of the crew so it doesn’t get mixed up. Great product overall, happy with my purchase.

Fast shipping, Great quality. Looks great.
I didn’t know it has padding until I received it and it gives it that nice little extra touch to it. Very happy customer.
Keep up the Great Work!

Alex (verified owner) –
High quality. Sufficient padding for comfort.
The only wish is to have a cut out on each end to accommodate for the movement of the metal arms/forks on the MSA/Sordin headbands. There are stopping tabs that fold on top of the headbands and they end up on the outside of these covers if the ear cups are folded and then unfolded. But this isn’t a big issue.
Overall an excellent product.
I got four of them in different colors.
Thank you for a high quality product!
Chad Smith –
Thanks Alex!

Bought this to personalize my ear pro. People seem to pick up any gear they see. People keep saying $32 seems a bit high, but the quality is great & I get a lifetime warranty. My ear pro will wear out before this does. Very happy with the purchase.

Thanks Eric!

I’ve ordered a few things from flat line fiber co and I’ve loved their products. The headphone wraps I just got are good quality and easy to use. Living in Florida you’re gonna sweat a lot on the range and these will definitely help protect my ear protection. Small point, the Velcro on top of the wraps was perfect size for a patch I had and was looking for somewhere to put, so win win lol.
Thanks guys!
Chad Smith –
Thanks Corwin!
