Super pleased with this product. I ordered the non-filled pouch and optional TQ dangler, as I already had all the components in my range bag IFAK, but wanted something belt mounted for my new battle belt setup. The size of this is perfect, it’s not too small which sacrafices critical items, but also not excessively bulky. It was definitely noticeable while doing drills inside of a vehicle, but not bad. Mine was packed with the exact items per the video setup instructions on the flatline youtube channel (which was also greatly appreciated). I liike that it was mounted with belt loops with optional molle for onewrap engagement/dangler options.
Additional features which were nice compared to other offerings were the shear holders. The user replaceable shot cord and one-wrap base ‘hinge’ are nice for customizing the size of the pack if you want to go below/above what’s recommended by default. Overall the construction is excellent quality, shipping was fast (and free!). Glad I found this company as I also grabbed the micro dump pouch and anticipate trying some of the other offerings since they have both been so solid.

Thank you for the review and business Justin!

I got the PIMP today and was very excited to try it out after seeing the YouTube video on it. I’m an active LEO and was planning on using this on my belt for warrant service. One of the things I was looking for in a IFAK was something that I could place on my 7 to 8 o’clock to keep my back clear (many back issues from military days).
Once I got a chance to play around with the PIMP I could definitely tell a lot of thought went into the design, and the craftsmanship was excellent. I liked the simple design.
Some things I found out along the way:
1. If you use the shear holder, the shears will kick out in a sense, especially at the 7 to 8 o’clock area and kinda gets in the way when in a vehicle.
2. When mounted to the right of something large like a taser, pulling the insert from the left is extremely difficult and I have to pull from the right side.
3. I wish it came with IR or reflective swatches like the YouTube video said it would.
4. The Velcro one wrap didn’t appear to be one wrap. I’m not sure what it was, but I ended up using my real one wrap to mount it on my belt.
Overall, it’s a great pouch. Unfortunately it didn’t work out for my needs. I’m hoping Flatline will come out with a vertical pouch one day. Unfortunately since I mounted this on my belt, I can’t return it due to their policy. I’ll have to give it away or try to sell it now.
Chad Smith –
Thank you for the review, Michael. Thank you for addressing some things. The one wrap that is included is not 3M branded one wrap, but we have found it to be just as strong as the 3m stuff. The way it functions is exactly the same. I’m not sure where the confusion came in with the patch inserts. It is not stated that it will come with it in the YouTube video or in the product description. If the pouch is still in new condition, you can absolutely still return it. Just fill out the form under returns and we will get you taken care of. Thank you.

Purchased the PIMP Mead pouch along with TK holder. I have been looking around for a smaller med pouch for a while. Saw a review from Achilles Heel and thought I would give it a try and support a small American business. Good quality, nicely made and seems to be durable. I like the minimalist design to keep everything out of the way, but still completely accessible in the 6 o’ clock position.
Chad Smith –
Thank you!

After seeing Chad and Jon develop the PIMP and seeing it as a lower profile and compact solution, I had to get one.
Quality is top notch, as with any flatline product. The little retention feature for shears is super helpful and keeps them away from any gauze or chest seals inside the pouch. It mounted easy, and is now my preferred solution for a belt mounted IFAK. The videos posted on the flatline YouTube are super helpful in showing various ways to set it up.
Chad Smith –
Thank you Cory! We appreciate the support!
Lionel Giron –
I’m impressed with the craftsmanship of this medical kit. I love that it was a one stop shop for the soft goods AND the necessary contents. I prefer the CAT TQ and it was included down to the sharpie I’ll use to notate the time. The install was easy. I just went along with the video on YouTube. Great product, great service. Keep up the good work folks!
Chad Smith –
Thank you Sir!

Overall quality/craftsmanship of your items:
Superb ! I ordered the PIMP bad the mini dump pouch and these babies are solid ! Well thought out and constructed using modern materials and stitched together with stress points reinforced.
• Your customer service experience:
Customer service is quick to respond, addresses your concern and is very friendly.
• Did your product(s) function as advertised:
Functioned as advertised, even better actually. The PIMP is better than most other adjustable width IFAKs AND bi-directional pull IFAKs.
• Were your expectations for the product met:
Not only let but exceeded. As a combat medic, the PIMP allows members of my team to expand the items they need to treat the immediate life threats without space wasted for less critical items.
• Would you recommend to others:
Absolutely! I have already 🙂
Chad Smith –
Thank you Keegan! I appreciate the full review!

Wear it daily at about the 6ish position and it works out nicely. Almost like a little lumbar support. Kit is well made and the design is simple but effective. I’ve recommended it to multiple people at my department and I’ve already seen a few guys wearing it on their kit.
Chad Smith –
Thank you Will!
Jeffrey Mancini (verified owner) –
Could not be happier with the PIMP. It’s the best belt mounted med pouch I’ve encountered, and I’ve tried a lot. It’s extremely well thought out, fits all the needed contents, but still provides a small package with easy deployment. The versatility of attachment methods should be standard on all pouches of these types. The one wrap is the best option for me, but it’s great that it comes with molle and pass-throughs. Great work on this.
Chad Smith –
Thank you Jeffrey!
Eric Dickerson (verified owner) –
This is probably the 3rd item I’ve ordered from Flatline Fiber and I couldn’t be happier about the quality or price. I’m excited to see what they come out with next!
Chad Smith –
Thank you for the support Eric!

Great product. I’m super impressed. Guality/craftsmanship is second to none as is to be expected with all of FFC’s stuff. The functionality is exactly what I was wanting. This thing holds everything you need with minimal bulk and doesn’t leave you fumbling with awkward zippers or Velcro. My favorite feature is the trauma shears pouch. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a trauma kit for their gear.
Chad Smith –
Thank you Mitch!

So I’ve been a fanboy of Flatline Fiber for a while, but was content with the kit I had set up a few years ago. As things began to age, things began to fail. I’m not always in my ‘safe space’ so medical equipment gets used regularly. Until it wasn’t there. Somewhere along the way, my IFAK had ‘left the chat’ without telling me. Naturally, it was needed while it was AWOL.
So I acquired a PIMP and learned how much of my kit was a compromise. Now I’m in the process of upgrading, why? Because FLF has taken kit development in the right direction.
No compromises.
Well done
Higgins

I’ve had the PIMP for a few weeks. I’m active LEO and have it mounted to the back of my SWAT belt. Super happy with the quality and overall size when it’s filled with my ifak guts. The shear pouch is a cool idea but I’m currently not using it. I also ordered the tq holder which goes along with PIMP perfectly. Pulling the pouch out takes some getting used to, but finding the right retention is also key (retention system is well thought out). Overall I love it and will definitely recommend it.
Chad Smith –
Thank you Sean!
kenneth.jung11 –
Loving the pouch, lower price then the competitors with just as many if not more features.
Chad Smith –
Thank you for the review Kenneth!
Ian (verified owner) –
PIMP is an awesome small footprint IFAK at a great price. I’ve been using both the rip stop and Cordura dump pouches for a year, so was excited to get my hands on this IFAK.
I carry a mini-Halo chest seal, NAR compressed gauze and 4” Izzy. Takes a little bit to find the right fit, but I got it in there and it is all secure.
I wanted mine vertical instead of horizontal, so I used One-Wrap to rig this up. The IFAK isn’t as tight to my belt as I would like, but it has not come loose and everything is still accessible. This also solves the problem of shears poking out to the side, now they can poke my ribs. Maybe the second generation will have laser cuts to give that option.
It has been through a bunch of training and everything stays in place and is comfortable. A bit of Cyflect tape and the cross now reflects and glows.
Excellent product.
Chad Smith –
Thank you for the review Ian!
CJ (verified owner) –
I’ve used different med pouches throughout the years and this one overall meets my needs the best. Having a very compact design while being able to hold everything that I personally feel is necessary in an IFAK as well as the ability to store shears makes it one the more superior med pouches out in the market.
Chad Smith –
Thank you for the review!
Austin (verified owner) –
Absolutely top notch IFAK. The thought process, care, and attention to detail that went into this pouch is very much appreciated. Build quality is excellent as is anything that Flatline produces. Hard to beat the value you get out of purchasing with the TQ dangler and medical supplies. Will definitely be buying another 2 or 3 to stay in a vehicle or two or put in/on a backpack.
Now if I could just convince them to make a Flecktarn one lol.
Chad Smith –
Thank you for the review! If it was that easy to get Flecktarn squadron the absolutely would!

Originally ordered but when received some items were missing, however, immediately after letting the company know about it, they sent the items that were missing and I can’t say enough good things how awesome that customer service is!
Regarding the product, I’ve served all over the world, literally, and can say this product is something I would use in any clime and place. Highly recommend!
Chad Smith –
Thank you for the review! My apologies for the missing items. Glad we got you taken care of. Be safe!

Excellent profile and fit! Customer support is very responsive when you need them as well! I only wish there was a decompression needle in included, but that’s an easy fix with amazon. 9/10
Chad Smith –
Thanks Austen! We do not advocate anyone other than trained professionals using decompression needles, so they are not included. Like you said though it is an easy thing to add if you have the skillset. Although I would purchase it from a reputable source.
Thank you

Bought this med pouch for my SRT call out set-up, to free up space in other pouches on my plate carrier. I looked at a lot of similar med kits that are available and I’m so impressed with the value/quality of this one. It’s definitely one of the best bang for your buck products. Easy to use, easy to deploy, so far has held up to the abuse. Medical gear is never cheap, but something that can save your life probably shouldn’t be. This gives you the best of everything in such a convenient simple design. Well done flatline fiber co.

Thank you! We really appreciate this review from a professional like yourself. If you ever need anything please feel free to reach out. Thank you again and stay safe!

Ranger Green – Shipped well before the estimated lead-time. I was surprised and happy to see it come faster than expected. I have it fitted to my Ronin Tactics Task Force Belt via one wrap and it’s really nice. I use the shears holder as well to make pulling medical out real easy. Very satisfied!
Chad Smith –
Happy to hear! Thank you for the support man!

Extremely impressed with quality and size! Contents I was able to fit: (2) needle D
(1) NPA w/ lube
(5) SM bandaids
(3) LG bandaid
(1) MIST report
(1) sharpie
(2) gloves
(1) roll duct tape
(1) quick clot combat gauze XL
(1) chest seal
(1) NAR Compressed gauze
(1) tourniquet
Recommend adding elastic to the shear strap as it was a little short, due to how many contents I was able to fit inside!
Thanks again & I will now shop here for life!

The PIMP is exactly what I was looking for to keep on my duty belt. The small size holds just enough for any quickly treatable injuries, and it compacts it to be even smaller. All the designs on this just show how thoughtful the creators were, and how much they care about the end user. Quality material at a great price!
Gage perkins (verified owner) –
Love it solid peice of gear and slim enough to do vehicle stuff with my belt on. Ironic with the name being flatline and buying medical gear but it’s a solid pick

Very nifty pouch. I purchased 2 of these chingadaras and love em. Slim for essentials and the ability to scale up. Only thing I can see being worked on is a way to mount the pouch vertical without jimmy rigging it (which is what I did) I have it vertical on my duty belt to minimize the real estate take up. Otherwise it’s horizontal on my war belt. Hope to see a gen two with more mounting solutions.
Chad Smith –
We have taken vertical mounting into consideration for a future update. Thank you for the review and support!
Ian T (verified owner) –
Ordered the pouch and TQ hanger empty but only because the supplies were out of stock. Can’t beat the adjustability of the outer sleeve at the top and bottom. You can choose your level of retention for where and how you plan to carry and use this so no need for clips or buckles to fumble with under stress. And honestly half the reason I started looking at this seriously was the second elastic pouch for access to gloves first without pulling everything else out to dig through it. Seems minor but having gloves immediately ready for whoever is patching you up keeps you and them both safe. Dirty fingers inside your ventilation holes will cause major problems after they get you closed up. Will absolutely be picking up another kit for the plate carrier as the first one went on the belt. Great design guys!
Chad Smith –
Thank you Ian!

I was needing to get an IFAK for work and spent several weeks researching the best kits and came across the P.I.M.P. After watching the videos on this guy I decided to purchase it and wow it didn’t disappoint. I love how minimalist it is yet how all the components are everything you need for initial care. The design is flawless as well and shows the amount of thought they took into creating it. I strongly believe the price is fair for what you receive. It stays on my duty belt and have full confidence it will do the job if it’s needed to be used.

I don’t usually leave reviews for products but after purchasing their PIMP and seeing the quality of the workmanship and interacting with customer service I HAD to leave a review. In one word, INCREDIBLE. The PIMP looks and feels great and holds what it needs to hold. I’m going to leave a separate review for the padded sling but it is amazing. I have NEVER dealt with a company whose customer service was this good. Communication was incredibly quick and I know they stand behind their products. I will
be purchasing more products from Flatline Fiber Co and recommend them highly. If you are on the fence about purchasing a product from this company, don’t be, jump right in and you will be glad you did.
Chad Smith –
Thank you so much Jeff! We appreciate the support and the great compliments on customer service!

I currently own two of the PIMPs. Honestly, I believe they are the best on the market. Craftsmanship is 12/10. It’s very practical and compact yet has everything you need if shit were to hit the fan as the kids say these days. This is my fourth product I’ve bought from the is company. It’s always nice to invest in great American made gear company! No matter what you buy from this company, you will be pleased.

First saw the PIMP at an AHT class and thought that’s a pretty slick setup. Bought one and now I know it’s a slick setup.
Quality of construction is great fit is great. Initial load out everything seems tight but it will stretch. And has tons of adjustment in the one wrap and shock cord. Was able to fit everything with ease.
I wish the pull tabs had some reinforcement and had a slightly larger opening to get a solid purchase on. They just don’t inspire confidence. However I have never failed to get the pack out during training.
Chad Smith –
Thank you Michael!

Great product, keeps my IFAK on hand at all times and accessible with either hand. I like that I can dummy cord the inner pouch to the outer taco so that if it does manage to get pulled out of the taco I don’t lose it.

Happy to hear you appreciate that feature! Thank you!

I work for a Sheriff’s department in So Cal. I’ve been using the PIMP for a few weeks now on patrol. It’s very lightweight and I forget it’s even there. The construction is sturdy and I have yet to see anything start to break down. Overall, great product and worth every penny.

First piece of Flatline Finer gear, but won’t be my last! IFAK is the perfect size in all dimensions. I like how you can expand the width or depth of how the medical is stored, the ambi access design is beautifully executed, multiple ways to attach to belt or other gear… just an overall excellent design and execution!
Chad Smith –
Thank you!

Purchased the P.I.M.P. medical pouch and I can’t say enough good things regarding this. It fit everything I needed and the design of te pouch and sleeve made it incredibly easy to pull out the medical supplies when I needed them most. This should be something everyone has on their gear. I also purchased their rip stop dump pouch. Highly recommend to everyone as well.
A big shout out to Flatline customer service as well. I ran into a small issue which I contacted them about. Not only did they respond very fast, but they were very quick to help out without hesitation. I will certainly be purchasing more items from this company in the near future.

Thanks Evan!

I like it a lot. Had to seriously rearrange my battle belt layout but this will work better than the ifak I had as I can access it ambidextrously , plus it’s multicam tropic which is what I’ve been swapping all my gear to so bonus points.
Now my personal gripe: it only has 2 rows of molle on the squadron panel, which if you use a slimline belt with 2 rows would be fine, but I use a full size belt with 3 molle rows so I couldn’t get it exactly how and where I wanted it with out having to use the 1-wrap so I had to (like mentioned above) seriously rearrange my belt layout, and use the 1-wrap. I could have weaved the belt through the other slots, but that would have more of my inner belt exposed reducing the rigidity of the system and I got aggravated so just used 1-wrap.
Other than that I absolutely love it and will wear it with love and pride. Definitely will buy from these guys again when I set up another belt (now that I know I kind of have to use the 1-wrap) and it’ll be a lot easier and quicker.
Robert Rivera (verified owner) –
After having spent exhaustive hours looking at other belt mounted IFAKs, I stumbled on this one and wish I’d looked here first. This is easily one of the best IFAKs I’ve seen out on the market.
Don’t waste time on others and just get one of this with a TQ holder, you’ll thank me later.
Chad Smith –
We really appreciate that! Thank you!

Top notch product for my battle belt/instructor belt. Thanks for the great product

Greg Enyeart (verified owner) –
This is by far a superior product. I have tried a few different ifaks, and seeing that I run multicam tropic my options are limited, many who use to offer, have since discounted. My previous options were either too small, with no option of removable insert, resulting me trying to make shift a solution, or far too large intended for designated medic. This expandable option of the outer sleeve allows me to carry everything I need, and having the removable insert is such a plus. Added the TQ, comfortably running SOF and a sharpy with maximum retention while also allowing for smooth and easy access. A+
Side note – I also run their dump pouch. The behind the pouch molle is amazing, allowing to roll and tuck when not in use and also allowing for in use to not take up more real estate in my belt. In addition I run their padded sling.
I might be bias, again running MCT – the fact that they offer all products in MCT has me a lifer
Chad Smith –
Thank you for the great review and support Greg!

Just received mine in traditional multicam with TQ holder without the optional med supplies. I got tired of the standard issue IFAK velcro failing and guts falling out the sides. This definitely solves that problem. I have 2 chest seals, 1 combat gauze, I compressed gauze, small roll of tape, 2 NCD’s, and 1 pair of gloves in mine along with a TC3 and casualty feeder card. Fits this standard ifak list well enough minus an eye shield, but wouldn’t hold a 2nd gauze unless placing outside of the inner elastic. Material feels sturdy, same as the newest issued plate carrier. My only complaint and the only reason for 4 stars is if you are not using this on a battle belt, the provided velcro is a puzzle to fit it to molle, as I attached direct to my plate carrier. About an hour of playing with it I eventually figured it out and am pleased with the final result.
Chad Smith –
Thank you!

I’m just a regular guy, and I needed an IFAK pouch for my battle belt. I looked at quite a few different options, and settled on Flatline’s PIMP after watching their videos about it. I wasn’t disappointed. The adjustable retention on the outer shell makes keeping as little or as much as you want in the pouch easy. I keep the bare essentials for GSWs and other penetrating wounds in mine (chest seals, EDT, wound packing gauze, etc). The additional TQ dangler add-on is a nice touch. I keep a second TQ in a horizontal pouch on the front of my belt, so now I have 2 TQs on my belt. You can never have too many TQs. The shears sleeve on this pouch is handy too. I wear the PIMP on the back of my belt and it’s not been a problem during short car rides, but YMMV.

Thank you!

Bought the dump pouch, came back for the pimp. It’s similar in style to a few other ifaks on the market, however everything they do, it does just a bit better, for CHEAPER! It’s better made, easier to setup & deploy from either side, even when placed off center on the belt to ride in vehicles. Need to update it’s contents a bit, but very happy with it! Craftsmanship is top notch as well. No strings, no bad stitching. Very well thought out & put together.

Excellent product, super compact and easy to fit on a belt without having to take a lot of space. Had trouble in the Kinetic Consulting class with my huge ifak on the back of my belt, John suggested this and it works really well.
The tray tension is easily adjusted to stay secure but pull out quicky when needed. I fit all of the items from the video in mine and it doens’t stick out or flop around.
Super happy with this purchase and I would highly recommend this for use on a belt.

I bought the PIMP without the tourniquet holder to simplify my trauma supplies on my range/duty belt, originally without the fill pack. After playing with it and getting it set up on my pack, I ended up finding that I could purchase the complete fill pack for about the same cost as just the bare minimum I wanted if I purchased it on my own through a third party, like Amazon. I ended up purchasing the fill pack, and with utilizing the help of their YouTube page, packing my PIMP the way I needed for minimal utilization. It’s pretty neat how everything compresses down to make it quite compressed. It’ll be interesting to see how it holds up once in the field, but I’m optimistic.
Chad Smith –
Great to hear you like it. Please be careful ordering supplies through amazon. There are alot of knock offs out there and med is something you dont want to take a chance on. If anything purchase the individual items straight from North American Rescue.
Corey Hall (verified owner) –
Super nicely made and very well designed. It really minimizes the footprint of an IFAK on a gun belt. 10/10 would recommend. As an added bonus, I was able to get one in Woodland, the camo pattern god intended. Can’t recommend it enough.

This completed my belt! I set up my gun belt for the OED RnG events and could not be happier with the P.I.M.P! I ordered with the med fill kit and tq holder, and everything fits perfectly in a pretty compact footprint! Quality is top notch, the tension adjustment is super easy, and I think it just looks baller as f*** without spending HUUGE money!

Found this one from an old Achilles Heel Tactical video and it was exactly what I needed. Shipped fast and came with one straps which is a classy move for a company to throw them in. Very well made and designed. Definitely a company I will continue to buy from.

Love the PIMP. Sits in a good spot. Sitting down isn’t uncomfortable. Product is nice and compact. Would def recommend to others. I really like that orders come with a dry fire card. When I got it and put it together, I realized I didn’t have the one wrap to attach to my belt. I reached out and let them know and they responded super quick and sent one wrap out to me. GREAT customer service. Got one for my swat belt and I’m going to get another for my MFF belt. I also got the tourniquet holder. Highly recommend

Great to hear you had a good experience. Apologies for us leaving out the one wrap. Thank you for the support and the review!

This kit is now on my duty belt every night. It’s exactly what I was needing and it’s the perfect size. Even sitting in the cruiser most of the shift it doesn’t get uncomfortable. I only swapped out fill kit’s gauze for a hemostatic set and it’s the perfect full kit.

I’ve been eyeing a new IFAK for a while now and I absolutely love this one. Super easy to manage and it’s great they partner with NAR for the fill. I’m already telling my buddies

Just ordered #2 for my 2nd belt. This may be the most compact way to run IFAK and TQ. The mini dump pouch is great as well.

Super impressed with the quality. I swapped out the large sharpie marker for a smaller one and added a decompression needle instead. As an EMT and soon to be Paramedic, this is a great product to have at the range, on hunting trips, and in you bag/car for everyday.

I received the P.I.M.P. as well as the TQ hanger. The entire setup is well-designed and well-constructed. I run it at my 6 o’clock and have no issue pulling out to the right or left. It’s also super easy to access the supplies and deploy everything. Assembly was straightforward as well. I’m very pleased with the product and will be purchasing more for my future buildouts, as well as strongly recommend to everyone at my agency.

This is my first “legitimate” IFAK pouch and the quality appears to be top notch. It’s smaller than I thought which is a positive for me. I’m just a regular guy that trains on weekends and wanted a solid kit to put on my belt. Very happy with the product.

Absolutely love the PIMP. I’m a LEO and have purchased two of them, only because of uniform color changes. The material holds up extremely well through fights, training, and all the other nasty stuff we deal with on the job, including vomit. I’ve never had any medical equipment fall out or come loose during training or while working in the field.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the bungee cord on top of the kit. In my opinion, it’s way too long from the factory and really needs to be trimmed down. I’d be concerned about it getting tangled or interfering with nearby gear, which could slow down access or reholstering equipment when seconds matter.
Overall, solid kit and definitely worth running on duty and your hard earned cash!

Thank you for the feedback! We include extra cordage to allow for maximum expansion. Most people do trim away any excess cordage that is not being used.

The PIMP is also my first official IFAK. Great kit. Well designed and well made. Just the right size and the price was also very competitive. Keep up the great work.

They gave me a military discount 10/10. They gave me multiple stickers 10/10. They gave me one wrap 10/10. They gave me an amazing product 10/10. And by far my favorite part, they gave AMAZING service 11/10. I personally don’t believe there’s a better IFAK platform, and I KNOW there isn’t a better company to buy from. It’s the perfect size to hold everything you’d possibly need without taking up much space on your kit. It’s extremely tough. And personally I love the cord tied into it to synch it down after putting medical items in it. Being as cheap as I am I struggle to buy pouches for my kit, but I can say this is the one time I have ever been 100% satisfied even with the price. Don’t have a single bad thing to say about this, I would never buy another IFAC over this one ever again.
