I’ve been using this tourniquet holder for about a month now and it is awesome. The molle panel feels super sturdy. It was very easy to weave it behind my mag pouch on my vest. I love that I have another TQ that I can access with both hands. The elastic has fantastic retention and yet I can still easily deploy it when needed. The addition of a sharpie holder is super nice, I wasn’t carrying a sharpie before so it’s good to have for writing the time on the tq. This holder is amazing and such an easy way to add a tourniquet without taking more space up, just a really well executed idea with outstanding materials.

I have installed it on my belt below my medical pouch. It makes the belt less crowded. Well made as usual. Have a sling and dump punch. Woodland camo matches the rest of it. As stated in the previous review it holds the TQ well. Easily removal from both sides. Sharpie holder stitched in. Hard to find anything wrong.

Nifty upgrade to my IFAK. Stows my TQ out of the way right where I need it. The included velcro one-wraps are amazing and now my preferred method for attaching *all* of my pouches to my belt.
My one suggestion would be swapping the black elastic out with a matching color to the rest of the item. The large black elastic dangling on an otherwise kitted out and camouflaged belt is a bit of a distraction.

I partnered this with the PIMP pouch and gotta say, it’s a nice combo. The TQ holder adds easy accessibility and the elastic of it isn’t so crazy aggressive that it makes the TQ difficult to remove from behind the back where I have my PIMP mounted on my gun belt. 10/10 would recommend for the PIMP pouch or anywhere else your heart desires.

This TQ holder is everything I hoped for, and all the features I couldn’t find anywhere else.
The design is solid, the build quality is top notch and this is a rugged piece of kit.
If you’re looking for a great TQ holder that will mount under your IFAK (or another pouch or MOLLE panel). This should be your first option.
