Flatline Fiber Co — Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to these terms

Effective date: February 19, 2019

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of flatlinefiberco.com (the “Site”) and any purchase from Flatline Fiber Co. LLC (“Flatline Fiber Co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and legal compliance

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from the Site.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under it. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you live and where you use our products. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order we believe would violate the law or these Terms.

3. Products, pricing, orders, and payment

We make our gear in-house from materials sourced in the United States. Because products are handmade, color, stitching, and dimensions may vary slightly from photos and listed specs. Some items we sell are made by other manufacturers and are identified as such.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is added where required.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for:

• Pricing, description, or inventory errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Quantity limits or suspected resale without authorization
• Orders we believe would break the law

If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Third-party processors process payments; we do not store full card numbers.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs, and processing times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. We will help you file a claim for items lost or damaged in transit.

You are responsible for giving a correct shipping address. For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and following your country’s import rules. We may decline to ship certain items to certain countries.

5. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return Policy.

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened medical items, including IFAK contents, tourniquets, and bandages
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
• Items that have been modified, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Final-sale or clearance items

Approved refunds go to the original payment method, less return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. If we sent the wrong or a defective item, we will cover return shipping.

6. Limited warranty

We warrant products we manufacture against defects in materials and workmanship, and against normal wear and tear from use, for the lifetime of the product, for the original buyer. If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the item, or refund the purchase price if repair or replacement isn’t practical.

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, overloading, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by anyone other than us
• Damage from improper care, cleaning, storage, fire, or chemicals
• Products made by other manufacturers, which carry only their maker’s warranty

To make a claim, contact info@flatlinefiberco.com with your order number and photos of the defect. This warranty is your only remedy for defective products, to the extent the law allows.

7. Safety, intended use, and assumption of risk

Our products support activities that carry real risk, including firearms use, training, and emergency medical care. You use them at your own risk.

• Slings and load-bearing gear: Inspect before each use. Stop using any item with frayed webbing, broken hardware, or failed stitching. Slings are not climbing, rescue, or life-safety equipment.
• Medical items and IFAKs: These do not replace professional medical care or training. Get proper training before using a tourniquet or other trauma supplies. Check contents and expiration dates regularly. Call emergency services in any medical emergency.
• Firearms accessories: Always follow safe firearm handling practices and all applicable laws.

Nothing on the Site is medical, legal, or tactical training advice.

8. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification

Disclaimer. Except for the limited warranty in Section 6, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow these exclusions or limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless Flatline Fiber Co, its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

9. Agency, government, and wholesale orders

Orders from law enforcement agencies, military units, government buyers, and retail partners may be covered by a separate purchase order, contract, or dealer agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for those orders.

Authorized retailers may resell our products only as allowed in their dealer agreement. Contact sales@flatlinefiberco.com for agency or wholesale pricing.

10. Intellectual property, reviews, and conduct

The Flatline Fiber Co name, logos, product designs, photos, and Site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

If you post a review, photo, or comment, you confirm it is your own and accurate. You give us a free, non-exclusive, permanent right to use, display, and share it, including in marketing. We may remove any content at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for fraud or any unlawful purpose
• Post false, abusive, or infringing content
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Site or our product designs
• Interfere with the Site’s security or operation

11. Privacy, governing law, and other terms

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

Third-party links. The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Henry County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the Site with a new effective date. Using the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.

Other terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with the policies they reference, are the full agreement between you and us about the Site.
